 Our wildlife cruise vacations and all bear viewing packages includes 3 meals daily, waterfront safari camp lodging, and fully guided  activities from the Bear Necessity including Bear Viewing, Wildlife photography, kayaking and sport fishing, guided wildlife jet boat tours and daily hikes.  All guests will be responsible for round trip air transportation from their home to King Salmon Alaska as well as any  hotels or meals before or after trip dates.

Arrange your flights to arrive no later than 9:00am Saturday morning. We highly recommend flying into King Salmon Friday night  and staying over at the King salmon Inn.  An ATA representative will meet you between  9:30-10am at the airport or hotel and transfer your gear to our Van for the 30 minute ride to the Bear Necessity boat.

Guests should arrange flights leaving on there departure day from King Salmon airport between  12-5pm back to Anchorage. If your arrivals do not coincide with our requirements and you miss our pickup you will be charged for an extra charter flights to and or from the Boat at a rate of $200pp for the extra flights required.

Cancellation Policy & Refund Policy  we offer our guest's a 10 day grace period after we receive there deposit with a full refund minus a $250 administrative fee for each guest booked. After the 10 day grace  period your deposit is % 100 non refundable for any reason unless you can fill the week.We highly recommend travel insurance Due to the nature of the business once our limited number of spots are filled we regularly turn guest's away. We also have hired Guides and had supplies sent in during the off season to cover your trip. It is almost impossible to fill cancelled trips so if you think there may be a problem then you should purchase trip cancellation insurance, This protects you and the Outfitter from further financial burden.
